The building is a brick facade, one bathroom, multiple private offices, and a reception area. This was the perfect building for M Maltase Real Estate Group’s client, an insurance company looking to purchase a property once their lease expired in their old location. The client had very specific criteria which Maltase understood and knew rare in this area. It was the perfect building to fit all their needs. With multiple offers and buyers it was a competitive building to get in contract. Opportunities and Challenges:
As this building was the best option for the client, Michelle Maltase, negotiated the best terms for her client with a contract sale. To add to the complications, the sale was under pressure due to the situation with Covid-19. By persistent follow up, and encouraging everyone to move at a quicker pace, we are able to close this deal right before any issues could arise from the pandemic.
